There are some good resources and ideas at the Department of Education site “Taking Center Stage – Act II”  that may be of value for those Health Careers programs who are building strong relationships with the grade 7/8, Middle School programs.  Among many other things, the site looks at how instructional or professional development time is spent can have a significant impact on the academic, social, and emotional success of young adolescents.
